| Litigation Department Our litigation department takes instructions from clients who seek to recover
compensation for injuries sustained in road traffic or work place accidents or, who wish
to pursue compensation claims against public utility companies, local authority and
general service providers.
Our input commences with formal instructions and an estimate of the
costs and expenses associated with the case.
Our clients are fully engaged in the prosecution of their own case with
regular progress updates from the practice. Copies of all the attendances, medical and
other reports are also furnished to the client for approval.
Decisions on the settlement or trial of the action are taken by the
client and are based on advices from the practice, our retained Counsel and, the
specialist medical or technical reports to hand. Most of our cases are settled in advance
of a formal Court hearing and to the satisfaction of our clients. |
